Study site. Female loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta) were tagged at Loggerhead Key and East Key in Dry Tortugas National Park (DRTO, shown as zoomed-in area within red box; thick blue line represents outer boundary of the park, thin blue line represents different management zones within the park). Turtles migrated from DRTO through Florida Straits to the Bahamas.
