GEE model dataset. Fin whale call data and covariates dataset for call rate modeling (only calls produced by the tagged whales). For the figures for tag-based covariates, data have been binned so that changes in call rates over the range of the tag-based covariate are more obvious. Numbers near the top of each plot indicate the number of data points in each bin.
