From: Home range and habitat use of juvenile green turtles (Chelonia mydas) in the northern Gulf of Mexico
Location of deep-water channels in St. Joseph Bay. This study took place in the southern portion of St. Joseph Bay, Florida, which is characterized by shallow seagrass beds traversed by five primary channels (marked with white numbers 1–5). Turtles were captured at three sites (marked with yellow dots) that border channels 1, 3 and 4.
