A comparison of raw data three corrections applied to acoustic positioning telemetry data of a free-ranging lake trout (Salvelinus namaycush) in Lake 375 at the Experimental Lakes Area, monitored by two RAPT systems (see Fig. 1) over a period of approximately 24 h. The panels show: a raw telemetry data; b a SSM was applied to correct for measurement errors; c a correction for systematic bias (determined by kriging); d systematic (kriging) and measurement errors (SSM) were accounted for
