Representative sequences were selected using the sequence probability and 50% minimum coverage criteria. Movement histories (horizontal bars) are plotted from the bottom-up according to their representativeness with the bottom bar being the centroid for that cluster (i.e., most representative). Bar thickness is proportional to the number of individuals assigned to that sequence.
